The hotel is also in close proximity to town hall, making it convenient for exploring the city center. The rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay for guests. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a good level of service. The breakfast is tasty and reasonably priced, offering a good start to the day.

The lounge/lobby was cozy with a lovely fireplace and a business/reading room. The bed and sheets were comfortable, and the free wifi accessibility was great. We easily booked a taxi at the reception, and the location was fantastic - within walking distance from the subway station. The staff was surprisingly friendly and spoke good English. There were plenty of restaurants near the adjacent metro station, and an Emart supermarket was also just a short walk away.

Efficient delivery service, close to train station and coffee shops, beautiful cherry blossoms, free toiletries and water, spacious and clean showers.

The room at Shilla Stay Guro was in need of an update, with marked wallpaper and a bathtub that felt unstable. the friendly and accommodating staff made up for it. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the location was conveniently close to the Guro train station. despite the room's flaws, it was a comfortable stay compared to other locations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, with the train station just across the street. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and always went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. My room was spotless, and had all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi and a well-stocked mini-bar. I also appreciated the tours and ticket assistance available, which made it easy to explore the area.
